How do I book a session?

Investing in a photographer with skill, experience and the ability to make even those who prefer to run from the camera feel confident and FIERCE is no small thing.  

We get the party started with a scheduled consultation.   Let's see if we're a good fit. I like to have FUN, but I'm serious about business and using my time to work with people just as passionate about theirs.  We'll chat through your photography needs, budget, my availability, pricing and any questions you have.    I'm an old-school gal and sessions can't be booked via Instagram DM's, Facebook or text messages.  Click

After that, if you'd like to move forward, a non-refundable $250 retainer is required for Standard Lifestyle Portrait Sessions and a non-refundable $500 retainer is required for Branding Photography Sessions.  After payment is made, I'll follow up with details for the next steps to your "Stacy Fierce" photo session! A signed contract and payment is required to OFFICIALLY BOOK THE SESSION. 

 

The remaining balance is due 1 week before the session.  Ask about payment options for Branding Sessions ONLY.  

 

NO DATES ARE HELD WITHOUT PAYMENT AND A SIGNED CONTRACT.  

Stock images are cheaper. Why make the investment of hiring a photographer for branded images?

Clients who hire Stacy Pierce Photography knows strong imagery speak volumes about who they are, their business and the level of value perceived in their service.   Savvy consumers can spot generic stock photos translates to lack originality and quality that makes them different from everyone else.  

 

The money seemingly saved on cheap stock photos doesn't compare to the cost of lost opportunity of being looked over BLAH images that everyone else is using. 

 

Stacy Pierce Photography creates unapologetically BADASS signature branded images with intention and strategy to highlight your visual brand voice with your ideal customer.  With background in business and marketing working for Fortune 500 companies, she creates scroll-stropping images that get you noticed.

Visual Branding experiences start at $2,200.  Once you're a "Stacy Fierce" branding client, you're eligible for $797 Mini-Fierce Brand REFRESH™ sessions.  Standard (non-branding) Portrait Sessions start at $550.

Do you shoot weddings, children and events?

When I first started photography, I shot everything I could to learn and grow.  Now 5 years later, I'm giving myself permission to shoot the type of work that LIGHTS ME UP with passion.

For me that's meant giving up doing wedding and newborn photography and children under 3-4 years old.  I still shoot events, but on a case by case basis. And when I do, I capture small gatherings that are purposely intimate, quaint and private.

Do your sessions include a professional makeup artist?

Standard sessions and Business Headshots include a professional makeup application on location just before shooting. Hair styling services is not included.

How far in advance should I book?

It’s recommended to book at least 2 - 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for you to plan hair appointments and shop for your FIERCE outfits!  It's your photoshoot, so make it fun with fresh looks you deserve!

 

On occasion there are schedule changes and availability options within a few days of your requested shot time.  Download this FREE "How To Prepare For Your Photoshoot Guide" and you'll understand that being prepared can go a long way in getting the most out of your session.

What happens after the session?

I know, I know, everyone wants their images YESTERDAY!  I’m picky about selecting the best images and post processing in my a natural editing style.  Images are available in an on-line digital ordering gallery 2-3 weeks after your session. Your personal digital gallery will remain open for 7 days to view, select, purchase, download images and order  professional prints and wall collections.

RUSH DELIVERY may be an option.  This option is subject to availability to accommodate rush requests. When available, there are two options: $325 for a 48 hour delivery or $250 for a 1 week delivery turnaround time. 

What if I need images sooner than the normal turnaround time?

Is studio time included?

Studio time is an upgrade option unless included in a premium package.  Shooting in natural light on location is my FAV!! Being outdoors in the Orlando weather means dealing with the elements (rain, humidity, heat, etc).  Upgrading to a studio session is a great option to eliminate weather concerns.  

 

Ask me about alternative options to studio rentals. If you book a studio session and cancel, you WILL BE CHARGED REBOOKING FEES plus fees associated with hired services (makeup artists, hair stylist, assistants, etc).
